What is Quantum Computing in simple terms

QUANTUM COMPUTING Quantum computing is a type of computing that uses quantum bits (qubits) instead of classical bits to process and store information. Qubits can exist in multiple states simultaneously, which allows quantum computers to perform certain calculations exponentially faster than classical computers. In classical computing, bits can only exist in one of two states, either 0 or 1. In quantum computing, qubits can exist in a superposition of states, which means they can be 0 and 1 at the same time. This allows quantum computers to perform multiple calculations simultaneously, giving them the potential to solve complex problems much faster than classical computers. One of the most famous applications of quantum computing is in cryptography.
